These Sales Terms & Conditions (“Sales Terms”) outline the agreement between Lume Business Pty Ltd (ACN 685 852 895) trading as Lume Skin Clinic (“we”, “our”, “us”) and you, the client (“you”, “your”), when purchasing products, treatments, and related services from us.

By booking a treatment, purchasing a product, or using our services, you agree to these Sales Terms. If you do not accept them, please refrain from making a booking or purchase.

  1. Products, Treatments & Bookings
  2. You may purchase products or book treatments with us in-clinic, online, or over the phone. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order or booking based on availability, suitability, or payment validation.
  3. It is your responsibility to review all details — including treatment type, product information, pricing, and appointment times — before confirming your booking or purchase.
  4. Once you receive a booking confirmation, a legally binding agreement is formed.
  5. Our treatments and products are provided for personal use only. You must not resell or on-sell our products or services without our written consent.
  6. Pricing & Payments
  7. All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD)and include GST where applicable.
  8. You agree to pay the price listed at the time of purchase or booking, including any additional costs such as delivery fees for products.
  9. Payments can be made via our approved payment methods, including credit/debit cards and selected third-party payment platforms.
  10. For bookings, a deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our cancellation policy.
  11. You must not use fraudulent, stolen, or unlawful payment methods.
  12. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows
  13. We require at least 24 hours’ noticeto cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  14. If you cancel within 24 hours or fail to attend your appointment, your deposit may be forfeited, and a cancellation fee may apply.
  15. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in future bookings being declined.
  16. Product Delivery

For online or in-clinic product purchases:

  • Delivery Area: We deliver Australia-wide.
  • Dispatch Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 72 hours on business days.
  • Tracking: We provide tracking details where available.
  • Title & Risk: Title to the products passes to you upon full payment. Risk transfers once your order is delivered to your nominated address.
  • Costings: Free shipping with orders over $200, and $14.95 for any order.
  1. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which guarantees your rights as a consumer.

You are entitled to a refund, exchange, or store credit if:

  • The product is faulty or damaged;
  • The product or service is significantly different from its description;
  • A treatment was not provided with due care or skill.

Change of mind: We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind, select the wrong product, or decide not to proceed with a booked treatment.

Treatment Packages & Prepaid Services:

  • Prepaid treatments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • If you decide not to proceed with your package, we may offer store credit at our discretion.
  1. Promotions & Discount Codes

From time to time, we may offer special promotions or discount codes. These cannot be applied retrospectively and must be used according to the terms stated at the time of issue.

  2. While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and effectiveness of our treatments and products, results can vary between individuals.
  3. We are not liable for:
  • Reactions, side effects, or outcomes resulting from undisclosed medical conditions or information you fail to provide;
  • Delays, disruptions, or product shortages outside our control;
  • Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.
  1. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law.
  1. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during consultations;
  • Follow pre- and post-treatment care instructions;
  • Disclose any relevant medical history, medications, or allergies;
  • Use products as directed by our practitioners.
  • Please read all labels carefully prior to use.

Failure to do so may impact your results and void any guarantee of treatment outcomes.

  1. Governing Law

These Sales Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. By purchasing from or booking with us, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
